War On Food: 2022 Supply Chain Broken

There is a war on food in 2022 and the supply chain is broken! American farmers and farmland are in trouble.

We are in a drought, diesel prices are through the roof, fertilizer is in short supply and farmers are facing regulations that could put them out of business.

 

 

There is the issue of billionaires and foreign entities buying up and controlling massive amounts of American farmland.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about our precious food supply and the people who work hard to put it on our tables.

One of the biggest problems facing farmers is a surge of regulations coming their way.

Let’s start by looking at the new Inflation Reduction Act Bill, which Joe Biden signed on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

 

 

This bill is pushed as a means to reduce inflation. However, the bill’s agenda will diminish the climate impacts from farms and adjust cost to current prices (you will pay more).

Go to your local farmers’ markets or local farms and buy direct from the source.

Show support. It’s important to know your neighbors and to know where your food comes from.

 

 

Learn to grow your own food. America’s food supply is in danger, it is critical to start growing your own food.

Stock up. Avoid running out of food by keeping a pantry full of emergency food.

Take action now to prepare. While we’re living in troubling times, remember that education and action are the key.

 

 

Start saving seeds. Grocery shelves are about to get thinner. Buy items on sale.

Eat at home. Save leftovers. Do not throw food away. Save as much cash possible.

Shop around to find what you need. Use coupons if you can.
