Overall 66.7% of the total: How To Prevent Homelessness
Some states, including a Texas Supreme Court has allowed an emergency order to expire on evictions.

Overall, 66.7% of the total homeless population of the United States is single individuals, with the remaining 33.3% being families. This number consist of unaccompanied children, young adults, single adults experiencing chronic homelessness, and people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Over the past few years, homelessness increased nationwide by almost one percent. The plandemic is causing financial hardships for many here in USA to be frank!

People are stuck between a choice of risking to continue to pay rent or purchasing a home, if able. Some landlords are not able to pay the debt on their properties because tenants are not paying rent, some mainly due to job loss and others by choice because of the eviction moratorium from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

For example, the Texas state Court System is indicating that it will no longer apply a federal order aimed at stopping evictions during the virus plandemic. This could clear landlords to push ahead with tens of thousands of eviction cases that have been on hold. Legal aid attorneys are warning that some states are about to allow a wave of people to be put out of their homes, with no place to go.

Here are 10 states with the most homeless people:

  1. California (151,278)
  2. New York (92,091)
  3. Florida (28,328)
  4. Texas (25,848)
  5. Washington (21,577)
  6. Massachusetts (18,471)
  7. Oregon (15,876)
  8. Pennsylvania (13,199)
  9. Georgia (10,443)
  10. Ohio (10,345)
