Genesis 28: 22 – “And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be Yahweh’s house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.”
How To Pay יהוה And Yourself First
There’s no doubt about paying the creator Yod Hey Wav Hey (Yahweh) and yourself first, after all you were blessed financially.
Since the beginning of biblical times, finance has played a role due to silver and gold existence.
If Yahweh blessed you in any way shape or form, we should pay him back according.
Why is it imperative to pay Yahweh first? What will happen if you don’t pay Yahweh first?
There is power in the process of never touching what you pay to Yahweh and yourself. You are responsible for paying Yahweh 10% of all that you earn and never touching it.
Proof to this claim of paying tithes can be backed by scripture in Genesis 28:22, where Jacob made a vow to Yahweh.
You will remain in poverty if you touch what you have put aside, think about it?
Every time you save money for a “rainy” day and touch it, you are back at square one! Broke.
You cannot retain wealth if you touch your tithes (money you pay to Yahweh/or yourself).
Paying Yahweh and yourself first and never touching it is the very first step in building generational wealth.
Public schools do not teach finance, business or personal finance and so this is challenging for most.
Keeping the laws of Yahweh will make you rich, Proverbs 10:22 tells us this.
If you want to learn more about keeping Yahweh’s laws, just read Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
You can also learn about the curses of breaking Yahweh’s law in Deuteronomy, especially chapter 27-28.
Think about this, if your grandparents pay Yahweh 10% each and your parents pay 10% each and after they pass on.
That wealth is then pass down. When you do the exact same thing, it means tremendous wealth to build from.
Why pay yourself
You’re probably asking yourself why should you pay yourself first in addition to Yahweh?
Lets set the record straight here, paying yourself first and NEVER touching it is a powerful way to experience ownership of wealth.
Did I mention its tax free? Because your children’s, children will receive this inheritance once you pass.
No taxes can be collected on money not in the “system”. Perhaps, this is the true reason for war on cash?
Every generation is responsible for paying themselves 10% of all earnings. Thus, generational wealth is established forever.
Most people pay their bills on the first of the month and then save whatever little bit is left over.
When you pay yourself first, you treat your own savings like it’s a bill.
Most financial experts recommend saving at least 20% of your monthly income. However, 10% is doable.
If you don’t have a understanding of where your money is going, paying yourself first is going to be hard.
Plus, tracking your spending can help you identify any areas where you’re overspending.
Many people are surprised to learn how much money they’re throwing away every month on unnecessary items.
With this plan, you’ll put 20% of your income in savings (10% Yahweh & 10% to yourself), 50% toward bills and other necessities. The remaining amount is discretionary.
My thoughts
It can be hard for many people to prioritize paying themselves first over paying their bills. If you find that after saving 20% (10% Yahweh & 10% to yourself) of your income, you don’t have enough money left to pay your bills?
If you find yourself in this situation, there are two things you can consider doing. First, you should take a look at your spending and look for any areas where you can cut back.
Of course, there are going to be limits to how much you can cut from your monthly budget. So you should also start thinking about ways to earn additional money every month.
When you pay Yahweh and yourself first, you prioritize your own wealth over your bills and expenses.
Yahweh only requires 10% from you. The government set taxes up during the American Civil War and it was supposed to be temporary to fund the war.
With that being said, your money is yours to keep with the exception that you pay Yahweh and yourself first.
Yahweh’s law triumphs mans law in my eyes; this is my personal opinion.
Society has taught you to pay your taxes (e.g., driver’s license, electricity, gas, food, car insurance, passport, work), pay the pastor and vote!
Now you know the truth. xoxo
